Engagement sessions are my absolute favorite, especially if there's a dog included. :) I chose to spend last Friday afternoon in Mystic, CT with Natalie & Patrick, a loving couple tying the knot this October over at Lake of Isles in Stonington CT (one of my favorite venues!). We started this fantastic session at the Mystic Seaport Museum , where the four of us (Bruce included) explored the historic village & antique ships that this museum had to offer. Natalie & Patrick were all smiles along the way, while Bruce was curious & excited - not wanting to sit still for too long to snap a few photos. We did manage to get some shots of Bruce posing for us though. Shortly after, we dropped the pup off and headed to downtown Mystic for the second part of our shoot. This seaside town is one of my new favorite spots for an engagement session, so many great photo-ops & picturesque scenes, what more could I ask for? We managed to sneak away to a local bar (The Engine Room) for a quick brew, before my drive back to Boston. Natalie & Patrick were so photogenic & amazing throughout this entire shoot, I honestly couldn't be lucky enough to have them as a couple, & really can't wait to capture their big day this October!
