Spoiler Alert! This engagement session is jam-packed, ranging from Larz Anderson Park, to the top floor of a Boston skyscraper, to even a moonlit Fan Pier. Huge props to Andrea & Steven for sticking it out until the end of this long shoot! These two were all smiles and laughs from the first to very last image. I had so much fun getting to know these two and loved all the various aspects of our shoot! We started at Larz Anderson Park, being my first time there; I was super excited to explore the park with these two! With a not-so-promising forecast, and dark clouds looming overhead, we ended up getting rained on towards the end of the shoot at the park. We actually used this to our advantage; Andrea and Steven brought a clear umbrella with their date written on it, a great prop for an awesome photo-op! Shortly after we ended headed to a (top-secret) Boston high-rise, for the most interesting location of this entire session. Walking out of the elevator and seeing the view we were getting for the very first time was unbelievable. Loved being able to work around with some off camera flash here, illuminating this awesome couple while showcasing Boston's beautiful skyline-lit view in the background. It was a tough hurdle at first, dealing with flashes and reflections off the floor to ceiling glass windows, but working with different techniques, we were able to get a whole bunch of winning images for this part of our shoot! That wasn't the end though, as we walked over to an absolute favorite location of mine, and probably most the popular Boston engagement session spot, Fan Pier. This ended the night on a good note; we continued to make the most of the beautiful Boston skyline as our backdrop. I loved all the time I got to spend with Andrea & Steven, and can't wait for their big day this June, stay tuned!!
